Hey there, Rachel here with a proposition for you. I have noticed a continued frequency in the number of requests from users that are confused about what to do when they have locked themselves out of their account.
I have a common response that users are using linked here However, the team, SUMO, has proposed we might add that information to one of these two articles, then link to the info directly from the error message when a user is locked.
