On May 30th we will be migrating our Sync server fleet to a new TLS
configuration to match the Firefox Accounts recent change. That policy is
described here under 2016-08:
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticloadbalancing/latest/classic/elb-security-policy-table.html
.

Though we are dropping a number of currently supported ciphers and the
SSLv3 protocol, we do not expect this change to disrupt any currently
active users. Those items being dropped are no longer supported by Firefox
Accounts (which fronts the authentication for Sync), and therefore
supporting them only serves to lower the overall security profile of the
service. Essentially, if you can connect to Firefox Accounts now you'll be
able to continue to connect to Sync.

Regards,

Bob M.
