Device: SPV C550 (also called HTC Hurricane) with the howto, it works almost completely fine, just one small bug
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo synce-serial-start /usr/sbin/pppd: In file /etc/ppp/peers/synce-device: unrecognized option '/dev/ttyUSB0' synce-serial-start was unable to start the PPP daemon! is displays when starting the serial connection, however pstatus (or synce-pstatus, I'm using Ubuntu) displays all the information about my device, and subsequent runs of it says the connection is in use. Also more importantly, I can use the connection. Having said this, I could be using a dated version of your software, as I just grabbed what was in the repositories. I have attached the diff of my /proc/bus/usb/devices for you as requested. Thanks for the great work, -- Dave
