I'm using Suse linux 10.0 with kernel verison 2.6.13-15 on a HP Pavilion zv5133ea. My handheld is a HP IPAQ hz2490.

It didn't work with the howtoo, I think because it's a WM5 device. After starting raki (and thus vdccm) and giving the command synce-serial-start it just hangs. After ending the process myself the message is that the PPP deamon couldn't be started.
