I was going through the Synce howto to try and get my HP rz3715 working. I got to the point about "The number of USB configurations" and as I'm getting #Cfgs=2 in my diff, I'm emailing you details of my setup. As I say the pda is a HP iPaq rz3715, I running Gentoo with linux kernel 2.6.16 with synce 0.9.1 installed from the Gentoo package. Sub=ff Prot=ff Driver=(none) > E: Ad=81(I) Atr=02(Bulk) MxPS= 64 Ivl=0ms > E: Ad=04(O) Atr=02(Bulk) MxPS= 64 Ivl=0ms I've not managed to get it working :-( I get the following messages when docking the ipaq ipaq 1-2.6:2.0: PocketPC PDA converter detected drivers/usb/serial/ipaq.c: active config #2 != 1 ?? ipaq: probe of 1-2.6:2.0 failed with error -5 I realise this is a problem with the kernel iPaq driver then synce itself, but if anyone has any ideas of how to fix it it'd be appreciated.
