Just forgot to mention a few things:

I have also started a MoinMoin installation for SynCE for all to look
and judge at:

http://www.synce.org/moin/

Of course, it's no-where near finished. However, I'd prefer to decide on
one website to use and then develop that, as opposed to developing all
these mock-ups :D

Also another thing regarding the theme thing. I just had a tiny peek on
t'internet about themes for Trac, and although there are very few, they
are actually of very high quality. For example:

http://www.trac-hacks.org/wiki/PyDotOrgTheme

Another thing -- If someone mocks up a nice theme that we all like,
I'll be more than willing to make it into a proper
Trac/MoinMoin/MediaWiki skin (or of course use it in a static site, if
that's what's popular).
