Hi All Hopefully some of you are feeling adventurous today :)
I've just committed a python script to synce-hal to attempt to dhcp WM5/6 devices, but of course I can't test it myself. And of course I'm not really a python programmer ! It will first send a dhcp request to the device interface, check the results, and if this fails will fall back to static configuration. Suitable diagnostic messages of the whole process are logged to syslog, mostly at debug level, on LOCAL5. The svn libsynce and librapi will happily use hal. Remember to stop odccm first.
