Changed my mind, the closest assumption that can be made for this is
${libexecdir}, so you can pass --libexecdir=/usr/libexec. I think
anything wierder should be done at the distro level.

Also added a sync-engine patch in the hal/patches dir that might work
without removing the usb-rndis-ng rule.
