kcemirror and synce-kio-rapip are kde3, kde4-kio-rapip is (unsurprisingly !) kde4. kio-rapip is for accessing the device filesystem, which one you use depends on what version of kde. Depending on the distro, you may be able to have both installed, which is certainly the case in debian and ubuntu. kcemirror needs at least one of these, which one will very much depend on the distro I guess.
