I don't mean to sound rude, but you're a while out of date here. :) We've moved on from the synce-serial stuff. synce-hal handles WM2003 devices very similarly to WM5+ devices; there's no need for all the synce-serial crap any more, they just work when they're plugged in. With synce-hal , HAL triggers hal-dccm to load, and it works fine with WM2003 devices. I'm not sure of the status on password protection, though. I haven't tried that. -- adamw ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ SynCE-Devel mailing list SynCE-Devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/synce-devel
