Ah, I've got it now. I was a bit confused that I couldn't see this, but
of course this machine is running an svn package.

python-rra up to 0.13 links in libpython (which is unnecessary), and
because the package builds against 2.5 and 2.6, it also depends on both.

The linkage has been removed in svn, and the next release will not have
this problem.
