Any lucid users listening in, I've got a fix committed to the python-opensync package to fix the error that plagues lucid when syncing.
I know you've probably all got it fixed with the patch now anyway, but can you add proposed updates to your software sources, do an update, and install the update, which is version 0.22-4ubuntu0.1, test it out, and if all is ok report that it works on the bug report. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/opensync/+bug/584997 Some positive reports should get it moved to recommended updates and the problem will go away.
