I must admit, I only skimmed it, but I disagree for two reasons. 1) "It's What People Want" - actually with a list it normally isn't, they want to reply to the list and don't think about it. 2) Unfortunately I probably get more mail replied-to to me than most people on the list :) I'm bored of it Technically I see it's wrong though. Maybe just change it on -users ?
