Added a more general configure flag:

  --disable-ssl-certificate-check
Disable SSL certificate checking in all server
*templates*. Users can still choose to enable or
disable it in their configuration. This is necessary
on platforms where the transport library has
problems verifying the server's certificate (libsoup
                          + Google,
                          http://bugzilla.moblin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4551)

This currently only affects the Google template.

Note that it is *enabled* by default. The rationale for that is that enabling
it leads to obvious problems when libsoup fails, but disabling it probably goes
unnoticed.

In the nightly builds I added the --disable option, because those binaries are
meant to be used on unknown distros (to be verified). On Moblin, the SSL check
should be enabled in the next snapshot.
