When we don't have a suitable configuration for a phone, finding one can be
quite a bit of work. We should simplify that as much as possible, ideally with
a script that automates the task.
It could try out different combinations of:
* SAN 1.0 vs 1.2 (bug #9312)
* different URIs (try one source at a time with all known names)
* different data formats (forcing a specific format simplifies the CTCap)
* with and without CTCap (debugging workaround, cannot be set via config yet)
The script should be flexible enough a that it can be invoked for contacts,
calendar, etc. separately. Therefore forcing a specific SAN mode might be
useful, in case that this was detected already earlier.
