It would be good to know that the last sync with a peer was suspended, to
inform the user and to enforce certain limitations (cannot resume with a
different sync mode).
Currently, the engine doesn't tell us whether a session was suspended. That we
ask for suspend does not necessarily imply that we really did suspend.
Need to improve the engine and store in SyncReport.
