syncevolution: 0.9.99.13

Syncevolution enabled AutoSync from this package. On syncUI, there is only one
toggle to enable/disable AutoSync.
We need to let user to know more about it, such as "AutoSyncInterval" time.

We can add a label below "Automatic sync" toggle.
Or either solution (from Jussi's suggest):
SCHEDULEWORLD Automatic sync
Synced 10 minutes ago, syncing again in 2 hours. [ ON ]
and:

Synced 10 minutes ago . [ OFF ]
