Ah, that's discussed some time before and it was decided that if a template
does not match entirely with the device, UI hides that. I think UI will hide
any template with score <=1.

It sure does not make sense. The problem is what score is the limit? I think
1 is the right point, because score ==1 means the fingerprint actually doesn't
match entirely while score>1 means the fingerprint matched somehow.
