               Flag| |MeeGo_1.0_Release_Blocker?

The MeeGo 1.0 branches currently contain 0.9.99.21, a pre-release of
SyncEvolution 1.0 beta 3. 0.9.99.22 contains the 1.0 beta 3 source, which was
released (and requested to be included in MeeGo) today before the branch was
announced.

The difference between 0.9.99.21 and .22 is minor:
- NEWS, version: updated for final 1.0 beta 3
- gtk-ui: set "settings"-btn insensitive when syncing (MB #10482)
- phone-config-tool: setting test data and test result temp dir (MB#9862)
- Ovi template: disable certificate checking
- resultchecker: wrote 'calendar_todo' as tag name for calendar+todo'

Except for the gtk-ui fix, none of these matter to MeeGo users. This makes it
both less important and less risky to accept .22 into MeeGo 1.0.

The main reason for proposing to include it is to avoid confusing users about
which version of SyncEvolution they run.
