Overlapping in the "fix a sync emergency" dialog

Reproduce Steps(steps,current result, reproduce possibility)
===========================================================
- go to applications tab
- open Sync under Internet
- expand a component on Network Sync dialog
- expand show server setting
- click "save and replace current service" button
- action dialog opens,click "fix a sync emergency" button on right panel.
- click the first (out of three) button on the right.
- see the issue in the left panel.

Expected result:

No overlapping of text and the button
