It looks like a low-level kernel<->kernel or libopenobex<->libopenobex issue to me. Please also don't forget that MeeGo 1.1 Netbook will continue to use SyncEvolution. So the problem will remain unless someone solves it. Please retest with a recent MeeGo Netbook installation. You can use the same installation to try the same test with Buteo, if you can get it to work with a different device (a worthwhile test by itself).
