This patch corrects the check for libsynthesis. At least on my system (A
slightly crufty jhbuild in Ubuntu Natty), the check failed without this fix.
I believe that all the other PKG_CHECK_MODULES() calls (and possibly all m4
macro calls) should quote all their arguments with [] as a general issue of
correctness, but I'd understand if you found that excessive.
