myFUNAMBOL is hosted on Amazon EC2, so IPv6 support depends on Amazon willingness to enable it. Last time I checked Amazon didn't support it (and it's still the case, according to the answers given to this recent thread http://developer.amazonwebservices.com/connect/message.jspa?messageID=125517).
