And that's what the builtin configuration options are for.

Don't worry, we are careful to build the sync-ui so that it can work
with any kind of SyncEvolution config, not just the ones that can be
created with the GUI itself. However, we draw the line at adding
features that would only confuse the majority of the target users - at
least as far as we understand who those users and what they need.
