You can add them somewhere in /usr/share/syncevolution (has changed a
bit between 0.9.2 and the current code) - search for "ScheduleWorld" and
you should be able to find it.

But why do you want to add a template? That's only useful when you
intend to configure that server multiple times. Otherwise it would be
easier to configure it with a "wrong" template and then fix the
properties which have to be different.

src/syncevo/SyncConfig.cpp has server templates builtin.
