I did another mistake: I was running syncevolution like root user.

I'm going to open a new topic if I'll find problem using deb version
of syncevolution.
I just report the debian packages I installed tocompile it. It might
be usefull to some other debian user:

Debian squeeze:
build-essential libsoup2.4-dev libsoup2.4 libopenobex1-dev
libopenobex1 libboost-all-dev sqlite libsqlite3-dev libpcre++-dev
libpcre++ libebook1.2-dev libecal1.2-dev libqxmlrpc-dev libxmltok1-dev
