It happens in sync-ui when Session.SetConfig() call fails. It don't think it can appear when trying to sync, but might when saving the configuration. Seán, could you try again but start the app from command line (sync-ui or sync-ui-gtk should be the name) and paste the warning output from there? Also, which syncevolution version is this?
