That must be for the i386 repo. I see that the new .deb there has an empty Depends: line. I only tested on amd64, which has a correct dependency list. I'll check that and update the repo once it is fixed. In the meantime, can you install try to install http://downloads.syncevolution.org/apt/pool/main/s/syncevolution-evolution/syncevolution-evolution_1.1.99.4-2_i386.deb directly? It might fail for the same reason, though.
