I think this looks pretty good... I'm still concerned about the overall
complexity of configuring things, but a large part of that is probably
just a result of sync-ui having evolved through the addition of major
features, and having been designed without knowledge of which bits are
the complex ones. I should probably take a look at other client(s) for
inspiration...

Webdav proposal seems straightforward. PeerType and the configuration
look logical and a template based UI (such as the current list for
syncml servers) shouldn't be too complex. autosetting the uri sounds ok
to me.

The same UI widget should work for syncml and webdav, although I'll have
to rework that a bit.

So: I need to use syncURL to figure out the real source config context
to get some data and need to hide the unused source uri fields... are
there other UI details that might need changing?
