Run with > "--daemon=no" to debug in this case. libsoup is needed for the > syncevo-dbus-server. I did compile with --enable-gui so D-Bus was included, too. But there is no libsoup package in Slackware and under these circumstances synchronization with libcurl seems not to work also. I compiled SyncEvolution again without GUI and D-Bus and then synchonizing with libcurl was working without a problem. So the error message was a bit missleading for me.
