Here's another weird state:

1) Create a new meeting on the laptop.
2) Sync phone with laptop, verify everything looks right.
3) Sync phone with desktop - nothing is copied.
4) Edit the meeting on the phone and save.
5) Sync phone with desktop - meeting is sent.
6) Sync phone with laptop - slow sync is forced, duplicate created.

The two computers reliably ignore each other's updates unless they've
been edited on the phone.

I guess I'll stick to one-way refresh syncs and try to be careful not to
do anything difficult for now.
