The HOWTO instructions were written for SyncEvolution 1.2. The simplified command line syntax with "foo=bar" is not understood by SyncEvolution 1.1.1. I've updated the HOWTOs so that it also works with older SyncEvolution, too. Note that the HOWTO that you were using (http://syncevolution.org/wiki/http-server-howto) does not synchronize the data with Evolution. That's intentional, because it was meant for a server on the Internet without Evolution. See a second HOWTO if you want to synchronize with Evolution: http://syncevolution.org/wiki/synchronizing-evolution-evolution-http-howto But updating is recommended; you can install the .rpms from http://downloads.syncevolution.org/syncevolution/evolution/ -- Best Regards Patrick Ohly Senior Software Engineer Intel GmbH Open Source Technology Center Pützstr. 5 Phone: +49-228-2493652 53129 Bonn Germany _______________________________________________ SyncEvolution mailing list [email protected] http://lists.syncevolution.org/listinfo/syncevolution
