Not at the moment. For someone who isn't afraid of touching and recompile the source code it wouldn't be hard to add. A new class very similar to src/backends/webdav/CardDAVSource.h/cpp would be needed. The implementation of the WebDAVSource callbacks would be almost identical to CalDAVSource, the only difference is that the class needs to pick collections containing VTODO, whereas CalDAVSource picks collections containing VEVENT.
