I can confirm that bug. It's a regression caused by the fix for BMC
#23106. I reopened that bug.

Some, but probably not all. 20023 means "incomplete sync". It happens
when some sources are okay and some were only synced partially.

This again looks like the phone rejected some of your items.

I have some ideas for generating statistics differently. Then it'll also
be easier to find out which items transferred okay and which didn't.
