It does, but the user must have created the additional calendars using the N900 Calendar GUI first, since the SyncEvolution backend currently can't create them itself (and it's unlikely that I'll bother implementing that at this point). The calendar can be selected either by name or by kind-of-URI (in the format "id:<number>"), and of course the available calendars (and corresponding URIs) are listed when using "syncevolution".
