Hello! All code is now in the master branch, including the fork/exec rewrite of syncevo-dbus-server. The full test that ran over the weekend showed that D-Bus worked without issues across the board (Ubuntu Lucid -> Debian Testing, with GIO D-Bus and libdbus). Thanks everyone for making this possible.
fork/exec in syncevo-dbus-server does not help with the "fork: out-of-memory" errors seen when running client-test under valgrind, because the latter doesn't use D-Bus at all... I might change that, to make the testing more realistic. -- Best Regards, Patrick Ohly The content of this message is my personal opinion only and although I am an employee of Intel, the statements I make here in no way represent Intel's position on the issue, nor am I authorized to speak on behalf of Intel on this matter. _______________________________________________ SyncEvolution mailing list [email protected] http://lists.syncevolution.org/listinfo/syncevolution
