Having got rather confused over the command line configuration (trying
to add the additional capabilities), I decided to delete the entire
@webdav config altogether and start again.

I began with: syncevolution --configure \
               --template webdav \
                username=name  \
                "password=" \
                syncURL=http://servername:5232/ \
                target-config@webdav

which just hung and did nothing. It worked on the previous version.

What do I need to do differently?

Thanks
