There's more than one. I focus on core SyncEvolution and EDS, Ove Kaaven
on the Maemo + N9 ports.

I have no idea where interested developers might be found. It probably
won't hurt to ask on talk.maemo.org, if developers who reply then do not
need too much hand-holding to get started.
