IRC discussion showed that the initial linking is based on properties
which are highly reliable, which does not include name or telephone
number, because they are not unique.

The use of email for that is under debate, see
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=685401

In the meantime I've updated the test to pass with current folks by
adding an X-JABBER property.
