Sorry for the late reply, I didn't have time to reply immediately and then it got pushed back by other work. There's nothing obviously wrong in the item that was added to iCal. It has DTSTART of 20130216T180000 with TZID Europe/Paris. However, the VTIMEZONE was truncated in the output quoted above. Perhaps something was wrong with it. Can you check in the session log of @ical what the full item was that got sent? See "syncevolution --print-sessions @ical".
