I got the libsynthesis version which was not compatible with the 1
.3.2, hence downloaded this 1.2.99.1.

No, the configure file was with the package. I guess the option
--disable-dbus-service is not pesent. And also this warning seems to
be coming when libsynthesis gets compiled along with syncevo. I was
using --with-synthesis-src option also.
