Looks like your local EDS database got corrupted during the distro
upgrade. Can you report this to the distro and/or Evolution developers?

As you have all your data on the remote server, you can recover from
this by shutting down Evolution, removing the local address book
(somewhere under ~/.local/share/evolution) and syncing from the server.
