Fine: I'll file a JIRA ticket for this. Is there any "official" place
where to copy license headers from?

One question: we are currently using apache-rat-plugin for enforcing
license headers and rat:check runs fine at every build. Is there any way
to configure it so that it will report current headers as non valid,
thus making the build fail?

Fine: another JIRA ticket.

No, we are not using any cryptographic feature, besides JDK standard ones.

Regards.
