Deployment on JBoss AS 7.1.0-Final does not work

As reported by [1], current cargo maven plugin (1.2.0) is not able to deal with
JBoss AS 7.1.0-Final: the fix is currently available in 1.2.1-SNAPSHOT.
As soon as 1.2.1 is released, jboss-it profile must be updated.
