nice to see how fast you've been, congrats! :)
Anyway - I still haven't checked myself - it is really important for
an ASF release to prepare the binary/sources distributions packages.
I mean, for the best of my knowledge, Syncope were distributed via
Maven artifacts only - it would be appropriate you could include, in
the deploy procedure, the production of sources and compiled binaries
tar/zip archives (assembly plugin is our friend)
Once RC vote passes, they will have to be copied (with .asc and checksums) into
people.apache.org:/x1/www/www.apache.org/content/dist/incubator/any23
will get it mirrored as the official release within a few hours.
