Add a step in the release-process page where a staging site is generated from
SVN tag.
An idea could be to deploy the staging site with base URL
http://incubator.apache.org/syncope/1.0.0-RC2-staging/ : once the vote has
passed, this can replace http://incubator.apache.org/syncope/
