When editing notifications and adding a Membership condition, on save and
reopen some lines have disappeared.
Reproduce behaviour:
1. Create notification with About;
"Membership" "101_root"
AND Attribute car_model EQ BMW
2. Save and reopen: it worked
3. Add a third condition (membership, attribute it doesn't matter) to About
4. Save and reopen: fail as you described
Same problem in "recipients" tab
