With no cookies, user list display attributes modal window has no selection.
As a result, if you just open the display attributes modal window, select an
attribute and click on 'Save', you'll end up with the attribute just selected
as only attribute shown.
The expected behavior would instead be to have the default attributes also
selected by default, even with no cookie present.
