Some tables use SortOrder.ASCENDING by default (e.g. ReportModalPage) and some
use SortOrder.DESCENDING (e.g. TaskModalPage). This should be made consistent.
Should all things sorted by startDate use DESCENDING and everything else use
ASCENDING?
