You are referring to SYNCOPE-204, right? This sounds reasonable.
Since this OSGi / Karaf support is definitely a new (cool) feature, I would
move SYNCOPE-203 and SYNCOPE-204 to 1.1.0-incubating (e.g. current trunk in
SVN) only and thus revert the attached patch from svn branch 1_0_X
